For more than 22 years, I have worked hard to provide clients throughout Calgary and Southern Alberta with practical, reliable, and honest real estate guidance. My work has never fit neatly into just one category of real estate, and that is one of the things I enjoy most about this business. Over the years, I have helped homeowners, business owners, investors, landlords, tenants, ranchers, acreage owners, and families make confident decisions through many different types of real estate transactions.
My experience includes residential homes, ranches and acreages, commercial sales and leasing, retail and industrial leasing and purchases, multi-family properties, investment properties, and the buying and selling of businesses. Whether someone is purchasing their first home, selling a long-held family property, leasing space for a growing company, buying an income property, or planning the sale of a business they have spent years building, I believe every client deserves straight answers, thoughtful advice, and a steady hand throughout the process.
A large part of my career has also been focused on business brokerage and hospitality real estate. With decades of hands-on business and hospitality experience, I understand that buying or selling a restaurant, pub, franchise, retail operation, or service-based business is about much more than the real estate alone. It involves people, staff, leases, equipment, reputation, financing, timing, confidentiality, and emotion. Business owners often need someone who understands the numbers, the property, the lease, the operation, and the personal side of the decision. That is where my background allows me to bring real value.
I have worked with hundreds of buyers and sellers over the years, and my approach has always been relationship-first. I am not interested in pressuring people into decisions that do not make sense for them. My job is to help clients understand their options, identify the risks, ask the right questions, and make informed decisions based on their own goals. Sometimes that means helping someone move forward quickly. Other times, it means helping them slow down, take a closer look, or decide that the timing is not right.
Clients often tell me they appreciate that I am approachable, patient, and willing to explain things in plain language. Real estate can be stressful, especially when it involves a family home, a major investment, a business expansion, or an exit strategy. I try to make the process feel more manageable by being available, direct, and honest about what needs to be done. I believe good communication, strong preparation, and practical experience make a major difference in the outcome.
Because my work crosses residential, commercial, rural, and business brokerage real estate, I am able to look at opportunities from more than one angle. A property may be a home, an investment, a redevelopment opportunity, a future business location, or part of a larger succession plan. My goal is to help clients see the full picture before they make a decision.
