Realtor Profile Stephen Boser’s passion for real estate began when he was a young apprentice carpenter, and grew as he went on to build, renovate and invest in real estate himself. Now, as a Realtor, Stephen offers his clients the high standard of customer service, professionalism and the common courtesies he knows make a difference. Stephen firmly believes that, long term, investing in real estate is a smart thing to do. He’s seen the ups and downs – he started a home building business in Calgary during the early eighties – but his passion for real estate remains intact. He readily quotes the saying, “‘don’t wait to buy land, buy land and wait.’” Before real estate, Stephen worked for nearly twenty years in window sales for a large manufacturing company, working with some of Calgary’s largest builders. That, along with taking on renovation projects himself, his training as a carpenter, and his own trials and tribulations as a property owner has taught him a lot about the quality of a property, its long term potential, and what to look for in a building. As well, having worked with
professionals in every aspect of real estate, Stephen is diligent about the
details, checking to ensure people are following up on what they said they’d
do, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. |
