I have worked for the so called leaders of our industry, but for me joining CIR was the best thing I have done for my career....besides putting a lot more money in my pocket...the on going support & technical advances far surpass any company that I have looked into.....making it so much easier to work from a home office & yet always feeling connected ( I don't understand why the other companies haven't offered these services to their agents?)  Being in the business for 18 years...I finally have a manger that I know I can count on and is fun to be around.

Real Estate is a tough job. At the beginning I continued to look for other work but still came to CIR’s in house training. I listened carefully to what the instructor (Len) had to say. So much of it was out of my normal comfort zone. I applied what Len instructed and found that when I did I found success. To date when things get tough I just apply what I’ve learned. If not for CIR’s in house training I would be back in the business world sitting behind a desk making a limited amount of money. I have a target of $100,000 for this, my first year, and am well within reach of that target. Thanks CIR I know I would not have made it with out your guidance.

The value that I receive at CIR Realty is amazing.  The training programs have taken me from a starving, brand new agent, to a top producer in just 2 short years. I realized early during the Real Estate course that the company I chose to represent wasn't going to supply me with business. I met Len Fawcett and listened reluctantly to his methods and after going to a few of his in-house training sessions I was hooked. This information jump-started my career and I haven't looked back. As my second year closes I find I have been on the top producer list most of the year. I have also found CIR's technology has allowed me to set up a home office and still be fully informed. I am very thankful I made CIR my choice.

We, Barbara Byers and Laura Meckler (The Byers Team) joined CIR, coming from 7 years at Re/Max in February 2003 and have never looked back.

When I decided to enter the real estate world back in March of 2000 I was drawn to the ad that CIR had in the Calgary Herald and called Len Fawcett to find out more.  I went along for an informal talk with my husband (who is now also a realtor for CIR) and we were very impressed with what CIR had to offer, they came across as very professional, the offices were nicely set out and because it had that "family" feel to it I decided to look no further as I decided to follow my gut instinct to sign up with the company.  5 years down the line I've never looked back and can say I've never regretted joining CIR and will more than likely stay with this company until I finish real estate.  The real estate business is tough but CIR do offer its agents lots of training and support for their business to be a success realtor which is invaluable, without a qualified trainer and support from a good manager I wouldn't still be in the business today.  Thanks CIR for all your support!

I joined CIR to concentrate on becoming a more focused Real Estate Agent.  CIR's well-designed website has truly inspired me to set a goal in print to look at, and then watch, as I started attaining my financial goal in earnings at the award levels.  I love having the choice of all the CIR offices to meet my clients at.  There, we can access the huge screen together to view the MLS listings.  Since there are now over 500 CIR Realty, I can sit an open house in the district of my choice.  I am thrilled to now be one of the Top Producers in our office.  By being connected through our website, I am constantly inspired to greater heights.  I would love to meet with anyone interested in learning more about this growing company.  Please feel free to call me at 860-0799.

January 1 1992 was a big change in my life, it was the day I joined CIR. It has been a pleasant time.

CIR. is a Family Business, and the family has surrounded itself with a group of people to manage the offices and train new Realtors so they can be guided and always have access to advise. Nobody has to feel that they are alone in this company. It is Teamwork at its best. However, the management does not interfere with the sales force other than to oversee the transactions and advise on possible corrections. We have 24-hour access to the 4 offices in the City to conduct business. It is a tremendous convenience when you need some extra paperwork or need to do some research. On top of that there is the one of a kind virtual office that has any information and forms we need as Realtors, and makes it possible for us to access that information from anywhere, including but not limited to the office at home. I simply cannot say enough good things about the support that is offered from the family, the Company and the staff. We are being treated as family members.

I have been in the Real Estate business for 15 years and I have worked with many other real estate companies and I can honestly say, there are no other companies that offer the value that CIR does. No one can compare to the high tech and computer network system that CIR Realty offers. To find out for yourself, please come in any of the 4 convenient offices and you will see what I mean. Another benefit of CIR Realty is the training program. It is very good for new realtors. With their training the new realtors then can keep up with fast pace that is unique to the Real Estate business.

This is a quick note to put on paper what I mentioned to you earlier … that I am very happy I signed up with CIR Realty. As you know, I just got my license last summer and was directionless when I came here.

There are so many opportunities for training, support, answers to questions etc., from all the managers. Help is available everywhere, from the other realtors, the print shop, conveyancing department, accounting staff and all the reception staff.
With so many realtors working for the company it also amazes me that Ron remembered my name from the first time I met him. He is very approachable as are all the managers at this company.


It feels like everyone is helping me and wants me to succeed. I would encourage any realtor to join this company but especially if they are new to this business. The opportunities for support are endless and the costs are much lower than everywhere else. The offices are state of the art, the technology like no where else and the feeling of family is very nice. It is a great environment.
